Northern BC Forestry & Custom Timber
Headquartered in Iskut, serving forestry, mining, and exploration clients across Northern British Columbia.
Wild Timber Industries is a Northern BC forestry company headquartered in Iskut. Since 2017 we have delivered custom timber, falling, clearing, and wildfire mitigation across Northern British Columbia, in direct partnership with the Tahltan and Nisga'a Nations.
The North is where we are from and where we know the ground best. The terrain, the weather, the access, and the communities are not abstractions to us. That local knowledge is what makes us the right partner for demanding northern work. We do not mobilize from Vancouver or Alberta and figure it out on arrival. We live and work here.
Northern BC forestry spans a range of project types: commercial timber harvest, seismic and right-of-way clearing for exploration and resource programs, wildfire mitigation for communities and infrastructure, and heli-access falling in remote stands. Our crews handle all of it under one management structure, which means fewer coordination problems and one accountable party from mobilization to cleanup.

Rooted in Northern BC
Northern BC forestry is demanding work. Remote access, hard weather, and high stakes are the norm. Wild Timber was built here, in Iskut, and our crews carry that local knowledge onto every site. We deliver the full service line across the region, from falling and harvest to clearing and fire mitigation.
Our direct partnership with the Tahltan and Nisga'a Nations shapes how we plan, who we hire, and the standards we hold on every project. That relationship is not a checkbox. It is built into how the company operates. Read more at our ethical forestry page.
