Wild Timber Industries provides certified tree falling and timber falling across British Columbia and Alberta. Our fallers work conventional and helicopter-supported ground, from valley-bottom blocks to steep interior slopes near Smithers, Burns Lake, and Prince George, with safety, production, and quality on every shift.
Whether you need a single faller, a full crew, or a crew plus supervision, we run the work in-house. Interior tree falling, hazard removals, and on-site supervision all come from the same certified team that has worked Northern BC since 2017.

Interior and remote tree falling, handled
Good tree fallers are the backbone of any timber program. Ours are certified, experienced, and used to the interior and remote ground that defines BC and Alberta work. The Skeena and Bulkley valleys, the Omineca and Nechako plateaus, the northeast BC gas corridor near Fort Nelson, and the foothills approaching Grande Prairie all demand fallers who can read terrain, manage deadfall, and work safely in the snow, wind, and variable conditions that come with Northern and interior work.
Our crews hold certifications that cover conventional timber falling and danger tree assessment. That means we can handle utility ROW clearing, post-storm hazard programs, and road hazard assessments under the same crew and contract, without bringing in a separate contractor to do the assessment half. Certification and safe work practices are not optional on any site we run.
Since 2017 we have operated in direct partnership with the Tahltan and Nisga'a Nations, investing in local capacity and training pathways for Indigenous workers in forestry. That is part of what Northern accountability means to us: building crews that belong here for the long term.

Yes. Our fallers are certified, including for danger tree falling and assessment. Certification and safe work practices are non-negotiable on every site.
Do you provide falling supervision as well as crews?
Yes. We provide both crews and on-site supervision, and can integrate supervision into a program where the client provides part of the crew.
What does interior tree falling mean?
Interior tree falling refers to falling work in BC's interior and northern regions: the Skeena, Bulkley, Omineca, Nechako, and northeast BC areas. The ground is typically steeper, more remote, and more variable than coastal work. Our fallers are experienced in these conditions, understanding how to read tree lean, manage deadfall, and work safely in the snow and wind that define interior and northern BC winters and shoulders.
