Full-phase block logging from Northern BC
Block logging is the most integrated work we do. It pulls together planning and road-building, falling, harvest, hauling, and rehabilitation. Running it as one program keeps the phases coordinated and the accountability clear, which means fewer schedule surprises and a site that closes to spec.
BC block logging programs operate under the Forest and Range Practices Act, which sets requirements for road construction, riparian management, wildlife tree retention, and site rehabilitation. Our supervisors know these requirements and plan each block to meet them, so you are not managing a compliance problem at the end of the program.
Northern BC logging programs also require meaningful Indigenous engagement. Our direct Tahltan and Nisga'a partnership is part of how we approach every project in Northern BC. It shapes how we plan access, how we treat the land we are working on, and how we build the community relationships that keep projects moving through the permitting process.
